By purchasing this digital product (“The Elevate Template”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchase, download, or use.
1. License & Permitted Use
You are granted one (1) non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Template for your personal or business website.
You may:

Customize, edit, and modify the Template for your own website.

Use the Template to create one (1) final website for yourself or your business.
You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the Template (in whole or in part), even if modified.

Claim the Template or any part of it as your own design.

Use the Template to create websites for clients (unless a separate extended/commercial license is purchased).

Use elements of the Template (graphics, layouts, or code) outside the intended website project.
2. Digital Nature of Product
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, text, graphics, and code remain the intellectual property of The Athlete NIL, a division of Clic Communications.
This agreement does not transfer ownership. You are granted usage rights only as outlined above.
4. Liability
The Athlete NIL is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from the use or inability to use this Template, including compatibility issues with third-party platforms or plugins.
5. Updates & Support
Purchasers will receive any future updates or improvements to the Template at no additional cost.
Basic support is provided for installation or download issues; however, customization support is not included.
6. Termination
Violation of these terms automatically terminates your license and right to use the Template.
